H. Clayton Peterson

Mr. Peterson was appointed as a director in March 2006. During his 33-year career with Arthur Andersen, he served as Managing Partner of its Denver office and as Regional Managing Partner of the audit practices of its Tulsa, Okalahoma City and Dallas offices, and served on various management committees. He is currently a member of the board of directors of RE/MAX International where he serves as Co-Chairman of the Audit Committee. |
